SES is a part of the "No Child Left Behind Act" created by the Federal Government and is funded by Federal Title One funds.

Free Sylvan SES tutoring in math or reading is available to students who meet all of the following criteria:

1. Qualify for free/reduced lunch program.

2. Attend a Title One school that is in "Step 2" or higher of AYP (adequate yearly progress).

3.  Submit an application form.

4.  Are approved by their school district for funding.
